Step five: Download the heart template from OnlineLabels.com and open it on your computer. Add names to the hearts. I used a font that I found here. Print the names out on the labels.
OPTIONAL STEP: I just love foiling things, so I foiled the names on the heart stickers. Labels from OnlineLabels.com are perfect for foiling, especially their laser labels, because they can withstand the heat of a laminator and not lose the adhesive on the back of the sticker. You can see THIS post for more details on how to foil stickers.
Step six: Attach the heart stickers to the tree cut. Simply peel and stick the hearts on the tree as desired.
I decided to mount my Valentine family tree on a 12×12 wood panel (that you might recognize from THIS project). You could also place it in a 12×12 frame or shadowbox to protect the finish. This would make a great grandparent’s gift! Who wouldn’t love to be reminded of all the love in their family this Valentine’s Day? Have fun crafting and creating!
This is a sponsored post, but all ideas are my own.
