Want a cute but quick cupcake topper? Look no further!
I used this pin as my inspiration for this easy project.
You will need scraps of paper, 2 inch and one inch circle punches, and washi tape.
Punch the two inch circles from scrap paper and adhere strips of washi tape as shown.
Cut a two inch circle from yellow paper, then use the one inch punch to cut small flame shapes around the edge, as shown.
Glue the flames above the “candles” and stamp your sentiment.
Tape onto toothpicks.
Of course, I ran out of time before the party to stage pictures,
so photos from the surprise party I threw for my sister today will have to do.
