These cute little treat containers immediately caught my eye. I thought they looked like tiny houses and would be fun to dress up and give as little gifts.
The plastic containers are at World Market, and available in several sizes. This is the smallest. I was inspired by this pin, and followed Torie Jayne’s tutorial to make them.
All you need are the containers and washi tape! Cover the top first, then the sides. I added buttons to imitate the openings you find in real birdhouses. All that’s left to do is fill them with a treat, like non pareils, and you’re done! Fast. Frugal. Fabulous! This one will be going to one of my son’s teachers.
