I try my best to keep my craft supplies organized, because the less time I have to spend looking for things, the more time I have to craft! When I saw these cupcake carriers at Dollar Tree, and immediately knew what I would use them for: washi tape storage! Since I’m trying stash bust and craft with what I already have, I used paper coin rolls to make this project. You can use what you have on hand (corks, dowel rods, clothespins, etc.) to make your own washi tape holder quickly and inexpensively.
Supplies
- Cupcake Carrier (only $1 at Dollar Tree!)
- Coin rolls
- Glue gun
Step one: If you are using paper doing holders like I did (also purchased at Dollar Tree), then double up the paper coin holders. The nickel rolls were too long to fit my carrier, so check the size before you move to step two.
Step two: Use a hot glue gun to glue the coin rolls in place.
