Step four: Turn the hood inside out. Pinch the sewed edge on one side and push it toward the other sewed side, to create the hood for the scarf.
Step five: Make bulbasaur’s ears by cutting 4 triangles from the fabric. Pin two triangles together, wrong side out, and sew along the edges. Leave one section unsewn. Turn the triangles inside out, and fill them with Fairfield Poly-Pellets.Sew the rest of the ear closed, pin it to the hood, and sew it into place.
