step 6

Step four: Spray the tissue paper with Imagine Crafts copper shimmer spray. Let it dry. The white tissue paper looks like aged paper now.

step 8

Step five: Stamp the tissue paper with the label stamp. I chose this stamp because of the tiny skull images and itty bitty labels. Once they’re cut they are the perfect size for the little bottles!

step 9 step 10

Step six: Roll the stamped tissue paper through your Xyron CS Lite. Cut the labels and images to fit the bottles. Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive, and attach the label to the bottle. The thin tissue paper with the light Xyron adhesive ensures that the label sticks to the bottles perfectly!

Poison Bottle Tutorial

Arrange the bottles to create a creepy apothecary-like vignette. Embellish it if you like. I couldn’t resist adding this vintage red-eyed mouse to the scene. (Side note…hoarding pays off! I finally found a use for this mouse!) I like to decorate my counters and mantle for the holidays, and this miniature bottle scene will make a great addition to my haunted houses.
