Step one: Trace the top of the hamper onto the fabric. Add a one inch allowance, and cut out the circle.
Step two: Hot glue the circle onto the top of the hamper.
Step three: Cut the fabric so that it is at least one foot longer than your height.
Step four: Wrap the fabric around the hamper and hot glue it in place.
Step five: Try on the tube to determine where the arm holes and eyes need to go. Cut holes for the arms and eyes.
