Whew, I don’t know about you all but Halloween feels like it got here quickly. I have to share two fun pumpkin projects I’ve made with my kids this week.
First up is this retro TV inspired pumpkin my son and I made to enter in the Vita for Home contest.
We printed the image on vellum to make it look like a television screen! First I took a 12×12″ sheet of printable vellum paper and trimmed it to fit my HP Envy Printer. Then my son selected an image that he liked and we printed it on the vellum paper. We trimmed off the excess paper and used push pins to hold the image in place inside the pumpkin.
Next up is this fun Pigeon inspired pumpkin!
She was assigned to decorate a pumpkin to look like a book character. We are both so tickled with how well Pigeon turned out. My daughter did a great job with this!
