Use a wood burning tool to carve lines into the wood plaque.
Fill the wood burned lines with Galaxy Glitter in Milky Way Blue. Use a small brush to place the glitter paint in the grooves. Let the paint dry completely.
When the glitter paint is dry, sand the painted areas to make them flat and level with the wood surface. Wipe off the dust.
Paint the wood with Vintage Effect Wash. Use a dry cloth to wipe away some of the wash to create an aged look.
Add the Glow-in-the-Dark Paint over the glitter paint. Use a small brush to paint and fill the lines over the glitter with glow product. Let it dry completely.
Sand the dried glow product to make the surface of the tray even and smooth. Sand the edges as well, to distress the finish more. Wipe the surfaces clean to remove all the dust.
Brush the varnish over the surface of the wood and let it dry.
Brush Silver Spark Metallic Lustre over the thrift store cabinet handles. Use a drill to attach the handles to the tray with screws.
Have fun crafting and creating with glow in the dark paint!
