If you’re a Goodwill shopper like me, then no doubt you’ve seen inexpensive trophies in the stores.  Sometimes they are mixed in with the toys, other times they are with the metal and wire items, and sometimes they are with the holiday and home decorating items.  I’ve had fun taking trophies found at Goodwill San Antonio and turning them into useful items.  This fun idea would make a unique Valentine’s day gift:  make a trophy bottle stopper!

  • Glass wine bottle
  • Clean cork
  • Paint (I used chalk paint)
