These Christmas lollipop holders make an adorable party gift or stocking stuffer! Use fun vinyls to make your holders sparkle and shine. This is a sponsored post with StyleTech Craft but all ideas and opinions are my own.
How cute are these Christmas lollipop holders? My kids were excited when they saw me making these, so I know they will be a hit with their classmates, too! The file cuts quickly, and they are easy to assemble. I used vinyl to really make these little treats shine!
Christmas Lollipop Holders Supplies
- StyleTech Craft Vinyl (I used their Metallic and Glitter vinyls)
- Free SVG File
- Smooth Cardstock
- Glue
- Transfer Tape
- Lollipops
- (optional) Tissue Paper
You might recall from this typewriter card project that I love to use vinyl instead of hunting for the right color craft paper. This way I can use any cardstock paper that I have on hand and change the look just by putting vinyl on top. This is a great way to create mirrored finishes, like I did with the present lollipop.
First I uploaded the design into Silhouette Studio. Once I had the measurements I cut the needed amount of vinyl from each color and transfer it to the paper. Then I cut each paper using the “chipboard” setting. This ensures that my machine will cut through the vinyl and the cardstock cleanly. You might have to experiment with your machine to find the right settings for your machine.
I used Tombow adhesive to glue the elements together. With the present, I cut the ribbon out of just vinyl (no paper) and adhered it right onto the larger cut out.
Slide in a lollipop, and glue the top shut. I wrapped the reindeer lollipop in red tissue paper, but you could just buy red lollipops and skip that step. Have fun crafting and creating for the holidays!
