How to DIY the Backdrop

1. Choose your colors. I opted for a white posterboard with dark and light colored blue vinyls.
2. Cut the elements from the vinyl. I cut the backing from the lighter blue and the border with a deep blue glossy craft vinyl.
3. Weed the vinyl.
4. Transfer the backing of the design to the posterboard first.
5. Use the transfer tape to add the border of the design on top of the lighter vinyl shape.
6. Use a craft knife to cut out the center of the poster board. Curl the edges back to create a busted canvas effect.

Set Up the Backdrop

1. Choose a location: Pick a quiet spot with good lighting, either indoors or outdoors.
2. Create the scene: Attach the backdrop to a door frame. Tape works well for securing it.
