Use unfinished letters and a wreath form to make LOVE letters wall art for Valentine's Day.
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, love is in the air!  Why not put “LOVE” on your walls, too?  Make a beautiful piece of wall art to decorate your home for Valentine’s Day.  This fun project uses styrofoam letters, making it an affordable and light weight project that’s can be displayed in lots of different ways.  I made wall art with my “love” letters, but you can easily adapt this idea to make door decor or mantle decor!  Here’s how to get started making glittery love letters wall art for your home.

Supplies:

Step one:  Paint the styrofoam letters.  I chose a fuchsia color that closely matched the deep pink glitter I was planning to use.

Step two:  Paint the letters with Sparkle Mod Podge and add glitter.  Sprinkle glitter on, shake off the excess, and repeat if needed.  If you don’t like glitter shedding all over the place, check out my surefire way to keep glitter from spreading everywhere in THIS tutorial about my no-mess glitter application technique.

Step three:  Glue the paper roses to the front of the wreath form.  I used a hot glue gun set to low so I wouldn’t melt the styrofoam.

Now you can display your beautiful letters!  If you want to put them on a shelf, the letters stand easily as is, but the flower covered “O” will need a picture easel or wreath stand remain upright.  Another idea is to glue them to a ribbon and hang them from the wall.  There are lots of fun ways to show your “love” with this project.  Have fun crafting and creating for Valentine’s Da!
