Create delightful Alice in Wonderland inspired art with this whimsical Mad Hatter teapot decor project. This cute piece can also be used for storage.
I’m a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, first the Disney movie and, as I became older, the original story by Lewis Carroll.  The story has inspired me to create a teapot birdbath (pictures HERE), a door table (HERE), and a bird feeder (HERE).  When I was given the opportunity to work with Deep Red Stamps and choose from their site, I literally jumped for joy when I saw the Wonderland stamps they have available on their site.

I combined their stamps with some of my favorite Xyron tools to create this whimsical Mad Hatter tea pot decor.  This piece looks great as a centerpiece, but it can also be used as storage.  My creation is going in my craft room and will hold paint brushes!  They’ll be neatly tucked away under the “hat”.

I’m also giving away TWO prizes!  Deep Red Stamps is giving me the opportunity to give away a $25 gift card so you, too, can have these stamps,  or any other product you choose.  PLUS they are giving you a chance to win their gift card on multiple sites.  Visit the Deep Red Stamps Blog Hop HERE for links to all the giveaways.  In addition, my friend Lisa, who sent me the amazing calavera nail wraps you see in my video, is giving away a free set of Jamberry wraps.  Scroll to the Rafflecopter widget below the tutorial to enter for a chance to win!

  1. Great project! Enjoying this fun hop!
I have looked at the Deep Red Stamps site and found lots of designs I love! My favorite is their Water Beads stamp! Frosted Snowflakes, Meowy Christmas, Winter Pines, and Winter Trees and Winter Stream are some others I especially like too! Lots to choose from! I love the Xyron products I’ve tried. Their adhesive runners are my favorites!

  2. Such a cool project! Thanks for sharing your quick video tutorial – I love the white embossing on black and the neat hat you made! In doing this hop I have fallen in love with Deep Red Stamps! The Alice stamps are cute but I’ve picked out several cat stamps (Fancy Cat, Attack Cat, Fluffy Cat, Meowy Christmas, Surprise Gift, Tiger Cat), a gorgeous life-like Bunny Rabbit and a beautiful detailed Hummingbird stamp! Really hoping I can make good on my wish list! Thanks for a fun and inspirational hop!

  3. What a fantastic project!! Whoo hooo! I even have MOST of the needed materials. If I had a choice of which DeepRedStamps to win I would have to choose Seaweed from the sentiments and WinterTrees from the new release! How exciting! I have many DeepRedStamps I need to start using!
