Flamingo party favor boxes are perfect for summer gatherings! This is a sponsored post with Xyron but all ideas and opinions are my own.
In case you weren’t aware yet, I like flamingos. A lot. I recently ordered a case of flamingos from Dollar Tree online. Yep, 24 flamingos. I’m still not sure what I’m going to do with that many flamingos, but I digress. Today I’m finally using my stash of miniature flamingos that I have been hoarding saving. How cute are these flamingo party favor boxes? I kind of want to keep them for myself! I used my Xyron sticker makers with a fabulous new release from Pink Paislee to make these flamingulous boxes in no time!
Confetti Wishes literally made me squeal with delight when I received the collection. Full of tropical themes and bright colors, the collection includes papers, tapes, chipboard stickers, and lots more! It was the perfect collection to use with my miniature flamingos.
My Xyron sticker makers helped me knock out this project quickly. I didn’t have to worry about messy glue or wait for paint to dry. Just cut and stick! Here’s how I made these flamingo party favor boxes.

I traced the different box pieces onto the paper and cut them out.
I rolled them through my Xyron sticker maker, removed the protective cover, peeled the paper off the backing, and stuck the paper on the boxes. Easy!
I used a new product called Glitterific Glitter Paint to add maximum sparkle to one of the boxes. Flamingos need a little bling, don’t ya know?
I love that the collection comes with tape strips that match the papers. I used a few of those to cover the edges of the boxes.
Again: cut, Xyron, stick!
I decided to ink the edges on one of the boxes. I thought the pop of pink would compliment the flamingo.
I used a combination of stickered paper and the coordinating tape to cover the small square box.
I used two chipboard ballon stickers stuck together with a piece of jewelry wire between them. All I had to do was wrap the wire around the bird’s leg to create a “floating” party balloon.
I like this very trendy paper! I added a few blue stones to the box top to create a stand for the flamingo. I hot glued both the rocks and the bird to the box top.
I tried something a little different with this box. I ran the center of the heart through my Xyron to make the front sticky, then I put a sheet of DecoFoil over the adhesive and rubbed. I really like the shiny foil finish!
I used a doily die cut to create a pretty base to set the flamingo party favor box on top of. I just love it! Wouldn’t you love to receive a cute parting gift like this when you go to a party?
