Juliana’s first birthday party
t's hard to believe that our baby girl is ONE already! We celebrated Juliana's first birthday party on Saturday. When we lived in Japan I began collecting kokeshi dolls, and I have quite a few dolls. Spring Dress Card
I was blown away by one of the winning card designs in the Moxie Fab World doily and lace challenge. Rachel Defnet made a GORGEOUS card that you can see here. I immediately wanted to try to make one myself, and I had just found some bits and pieces at Impact Thrift Store that I thought I could use. So the latest challenge is paper piecing! This is another something I've been playing with....I've been Moxie Fab and didn't even know it! Woo hoo! LOL!I made this card for Andy's birthday. I wanted the rings with the kid's pictures to look like bottle caps, and the effect I had in mind was a sort of garden and they are the flowers.
