fabric-blocks-puzzle

These adorable blocks are the perfect thing to carry with you to keep your little one busy on the go!  You can personalize them to suit your child’s interests.

For this project you will need:  fabric scraps, 1″ Craft Wood Blocks, and Mod Podge.

(Optional) Paint your wood blocks.

Cut pictures from your fabric.  Mine were 4 inches by 2 inches because I used 8 one inch blocks.

Cut your fabric into one inch squares.

Use Mod Podge to adhere each square of fabric to the blocks.

Rotate all the blocks in the same direction and repeat steps 3-5.

(Optional) Ink the edges of the picture.  I did this to help with solving the puzzle.  Each image has a different colored border.

Trim the loose strings off the edges and seal the puzzle with another layer of Mod Podge.

I used my remaining fabric scraps to decorate the box the cubes came in.  This little puzzle in the box is easy to carry and keeps my kids entertained when we are out and about!

Thank you for letting me share another fast, frugal, yet fabulous project with you!  I’d love for you to follow via Facebook or  Google Friends to keep up with me!
