Step one: Place the Sheet Metal by Imagine Crafts in the embossing folder. Run it through your Big Shot. This metal is so cool…you can emboss it!
Step two: Add the black patina to the embossed metal. Use a brush to spread it over the surface. Wipe some of the patina off, and when it’s dry, buff some more of the patina off.
Step three: I used the excess patina from the metal to paint the edges of the wood bird cut outs. Trace the birds onto black paper, cut them out, and run the paper through your Xyron machine. Attach the paper to the birds, and sand off the excess on the edges. Glue them onto the the metal. Now the tray has handles!
