DIY Steampunk Wine Bottle Lamp

  1. Drizzle the various colors of alcohol inks on the craft mat.
  2. Mist the inks with water.
  3. Rub the paper over the ink to tint the surface of the paper.  Let it dry or use a dryer to speed the process.  Make 4 sheets of tinted paper.
