DIY Grad Party Decor Supplies

Start by creating 2 inch circles in your design program (I use Silhouette Studio). Import the graphics and add one image to each circle. Print and then cut the circles out.

Use a sticker maker to place adhesive on half the circles. Place the stickered circle image size down on the table, add a toothpick to the back, and sandwich the non-sticky circle image on the other side, being careful to line up the sides.

Now you have beautiful DIY cupcake toppers!

Use the disassembled cut files to make the decorated balloons. Cut the different elements out from the different colors, then use transfer tape to put the image together.

Use the transfer tape to place the vinyl graphics onto a mylar balloon. You can personalize these with the school colors. If you are inflating balloons, it’s easier to add the vinyl to the uninflated balloon first, but you can still add it to purchased inflated balloons, like I did with this one.
