I dreamed up an easy and inexpensive way to create beaded home decor on a budget: use Poly-Fil Bead Pellets! They’re easy to color, the perfect size to craft with, and cost effective!
Supplies:
- Poly-Fil Bead Stuffing Pellets
- Mirror
- Deco Art Glass Texture Paste
- Americana Gloss Glass Paint
- Americana Pearlizing Medium
Step one: Cut a circle to protect the center of the mirror. Spread the glass texture paste on the mirror and sprinkle the bead pellets on top. Let it dry. The glass texture paste will dry to a completely clear finish.
Step two: Gently tap off the loose beads. Paint the remaining beads with gloss glass paint and pearlizing medium.
The beads were secured in the paste and the paint, but I decided to seal them with Glossy Accents to add a little more shine and to ensure that no beads flaked off while I handled the mirror for photographs. This would make a beautiful centerpiece for a wedding or party (topped with flowers or a candle), and you could paint them in any color to match your decor. Have fun crafting and creating!

GENIUS idea!! Never would have though to use the bead pellets!
Thank you!!
