I just wanted to comment that I love how you went with “birthday boy” for his costume. My kid wants a piñata costume, so they can throw candy at people, and I’ve been on,one browsing and have seen sooo many”piñata and generic Mexican caricature” pairings. This is so much more fun! And y’all look great!
Awww thanks so much!
Hey not sure if you’ll see this comment. I’m recreating your costume for Halloween this year (2025). I hot glued the strips of olyfun fabric to my shirt. But it took away the stretch of the shirt fabric. Now its super hard to get on and off! Do you have a suggestion for laying the fabric differently somehow? Did you run into this?
Hi and I’m sorry that I’m just now seeing this! I sized up on my shirt…I think that’s the best way to work around it since hot glue will always be stiff unfortunately. I hope your costume worked out in the end!
