This rustic centerpiece is easy to make thanks to Oly-Fun fabric and a cool new patterned paint roller by Plaid Crafts. This is a sponsored post with Fairfield World but all ideas and opinions are my own.

- Oly-Fun Fabric in Sand
- Oly Fun Multi-Purpose 60-Inch Craft Material, Snow White
- Plaid Crafts Martha Stewart Patterned Roller Handle
- Fab Creations Fabric Paint in Bronze
- Xyron Tape Runner
- Darice Paper Mache Box-Round
- Flowers
I used Oly-Fun craft sheets in the color Sand, and placed them on top of a piece of scrap cardboard to protect my work surface.
Place the foam roller on the holder, and squeeze the Bronze fabric paint on a plate. Roll the foam roller on the plate to distribute paint on the roll. Attach the wood grain roller to the holder.
Roll the wood grain pattern over the Oly-Fun fabric sheets. Set them aside to dry (it doesn’t take long at all!)
Cut a length of Snow White Oly-Fun fabric from a bolt to make a table runner. Place the floral pattern roller on the holder, and roll the pattern over the fabric. I wanted an aged, rustic look, so I let the paint become lighter in places, and pressed harder in others, to maintain a country chic finish.
Trim the wood grain patterned Oly-Fun fabric to fit the paper mache containers. Use a Xyron tape runner to attach the overlapping edges to each other.
I love flowers, so I purchased some small potted plants and dropped them in the holders. They will go in my flower beds later, but until then they look beautiful on my table.
Pair the flower holders with the pretty patterned table runner to create a rustic centerpiece. This project would be perfect for a party, and you can use the flower containers as both decor AND as a party favor by inviting guests to take a plant home with them!
