DIY Snarky Decor Starter Set Made with Vinyl

Make coordinated snarky decor when you use vinyl from StyleTechCraft!

My two favorite words are shenanigans and irreverent, and I think this project is a reflection of those sentiments! This snarky decor starter set would make a fun gift, and it coordinates perfectly because I used the same colors and types of vinyl on both. I used the colors in the artificial flowers to choose the vinyl colors for these projects. I used glossy vinyl and my Silhouette Cameo cutting machine to design and cut the images and text. This set is being donated for a charity silent auction, but I will have more available in my Etsy shop soon! If you want to make your own, here’s how.

Paint the wood canvas with the matte chalk paint. Apply one application, let it dry completely, and repeat.

Design your text in your software. Cut the images and text from the desired color vinyls. Weed the vinyl.

Transfer the vinyl to the board using transfer tape. For the flower I transferred the outline first and then added the leaves.
