Candy Emergency Box Supplies
- Craft Vinyl in Vibrant Colors (I used white and purple)
- Transfer Tape
- Shadow Box 9 x 9 inches
- Parchment Paper
- Skittles Candy (3 boxes)
- Vinyl Cutting Machine
- Plastic Hammer
- Plastic Paint
- Magnet
Create the text in your design studio. Size it so it will fit your frame. Cut the text from the desired color. I used a color that matched the candy. Weed the text.
Create a rectangle that fits around the text. Cut it from a contrasting color. I used white to match the shadow box frame.
Disassemble the shadow box and clean the front of the glass. Transfer the rectangle vinyl to the glass first.
Then transfer the text on top of the rectangular vinyl.
Cover the fabric back of the shadow box with parchment paper. I also added some bubble wrap under the parchment paper to make the shadow box less deep. Fill the shadow box with candy. I used Skittles.
I added some pops of color to the plastic hammer by using plastic paints. Then I glued a magnet to the top of the shadow box and placed the metal end of the hammer on the magnet.
All that’s left to do is hang this fun and colorful candy emergency box up and hope you never need it!
