2. Cut the straps off and discard. Cover surface with Mod Podge and press into the fabric scrap.
3. After it has dried, cut off excess fabric. Apply Mod Podge for fabric to the surface and edges. Let dry.
4. Cut fabric where the holes in the flip flops are. Fold ribbon in half and push through.
5. Tie a knot to secure.
6. Push remainder of ribbon through the other two holes.
7. Knot and cut off excess.
